I have been here several times and never had a problem getting an appointment within a reasonable length of time. I have never had to wait in the waiting room more than 15 minutes at most. The staff is always friendly and on a first name basis. I feel comfortable there and confident that my Ill's will be promptly taken care of. The waiting room and treatment rooms are clean, the restroom pristine and the temperature comfortable throughout the building.
Dr. Smith could be just a bit more cheerful, but I chalk up his rather stern attitude to his wanting to empress upon his patience that he wants them to take their health seriously.
I would suggest anyone in need of a good doctor to go see Trueman Smith. I took my 86 year old mother there and he took exceptional care of her! Thank You Dr. Smith! I for one, do sincerely appreciate your work.
