My appointments have not gotten cancelled but you must make an appointment way in advance. I received a card to call and make my next appointment for my 6-month checkup and I cannot get in for 3 months! The office is easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I feel they are knowledgeable but the doctor never really has much to say. He just checks labs, brief physical and prescribe meds. The staff was very helpful. This office is extremely busy so plan ahead.
