Office staff is rude and uncaring! They clearly have no concept clientele and basic human respect. The rating of this office is dismally low on this site as well as all other medical rating sites I have checked, and for good reason. Find a different doctor; If the staff is rude, clearly the doctor sets the tempo.

The service in this place is awful!!!!!! I did a regular preventative test (breast check and urinal sample) and was charged for $152 under my insurance (I was never charged from my previous gynecologist)!!! I came on time for my appointment and was waiting for 1 hour 15 mins to see the doc. When I got the bill from them, I asked the girl at the front desk for the reason why I was charged for this much money for such a simple test (usually under insurance, it is absolutely free)! she tole me she didn't know because all they have to handle billing is a person who work off site and the only way to contact her is through their company email!!!!

Worst of all, when I called back after I talked to my insurance company. The girl upfront was not willing to listen at all and hang up on me!!!

Worst experience ever!!! Unheard of!!!!
