They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The biggest annoyance is they have a very stict appointment system which allows them to penalize patients for missing appointments or being late, but then patients sit for 30 minutes to an hour in the waiting room. Also Dr. Lucarelli did not inspire any confidence, I left with the distinct impression that he was a bit of a quack.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
