They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
