He is not very knowledgeable about tests and studies that he recommends and relies on other doctor's opinions and analysis to make recommendations. Nice guy most of the time and he does take his time, but he doesn't listen to, or take into account, that his patients are people with legitimate concerns and important information that may not be in his chart.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. After a while into my appointment I just gave up on asking questions. For some reason nobody would give me the answers I was looking for, I guess I'm going to have to go somewhere else. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
