I love how attentive they are here. The staff NEVER interrupts your visit to inform him of a personal phone call. Their full attention is always on me and kept strictly professional. it makes me feel special. Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately and Dr. Ziev provides his cell number on his answering services for true medical emergencies. It is a relief to know that I can count on him to be there for me when I need them regardless of the severity of the situation The care is genuine. The staff is like family going above and beyond. You do not receive " protocol" answers and are never pushed off to another person. Either the team of assistants directly in front of you answers your question, or Dr. Ziev personally answers you, even if you gave already been seen.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. . I was happy with what was accomplished after just one visit; I left feeling extremely satisfied. Even had a follow up call from the Doctor personally!
