They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
