My Orthopedic Doctor sent me to her to check for Carpal Tunnel, Her findings were that I had a mild case of Carpal Tunnel. Forgot to get a Causal relationship from her showing that it was related to my job at Tinker AFB as a Sheet Metal Mechanic, drilling, shooting and bucking rivets, with various sizes and weights of bucking bars. Did this 8 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week. Filed a Federal workers comp claim, but was denied because I forgot to get the report of the relationship of my Carpal Tunnel to my job. She was very Professional and polite.
