Before you have your chance to see the doctor, you have to book your appointment with the secretary or receptionist. Traditionally, this is done by calling the clinic and talking to a secretary or receptionist who will then make your schedule.I was told by Jordin that I could not make any doctor's appointments until after January 20,2011 that two months from now. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their offic to pick up my paperwork that they would not fax to my new Neurology. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
