While this review is late, I went to visit Dr.Daubert in April, 2003 for back pain. After having already been to get a MRI, I was referred to Dr. Daubert. I was 33 years old and in severe pain. Dr. Daubert came in and sat down. He asked me what was going on and I explained to him why I was there. He took his glasses off and looked at me and said, "I don't see how you are doing this." Not knowing what he was talking about, I asked him what he meant. He then told me that I had a ruptured disk at T12-L1. I was taken by surprise and was highly upset. He took the time to calm me down and then took me to the back to show me my MRI and what was what and where the problem was. It was amazing that he took the time to do this and the compasion that he had. He made me feel better even though I was scared to death. He did offer to give me a month to see if it would heal by itself which it did not. He then said that surgery was the only option. From that point up to surgery date, he was wonderful. Staff was great about doing disability papers and so forth. On surgery day, he came in and talked to me a bit as this was the first time I had ever had surgery of any kind let alone, Anethesia. I remember being taken to the opertating room and that's the last thing I remembered. I will say that when I woke up, my back was no longer hurting but my left foot was killing me. I told the nurse in recovery and she went and got Dr. Dauber who was there in no time. He was not sure why or what, but he checked and kept in touch with me. Dr. Daubert told me prior to surgery that I would be 80% after I healed from surgery. He hit the nail on the head.

He was super from the beginning to the end and I have recommended him to a few others who called me and said "Thank you for referreing him." You can't go wrong with him.
