In dealing with a recent surgery my wife has visited many of the nurses and other doctors at this practice for wound care. All of them have been amazing (as is the rest of the staff). Upon visiting Dr. Moon he went against what has been told to us by all of the other doctors. When I attempted to voice this concern it was simply overlooked. Luckily they have an appointment available tomorrow (next day) with a doctor who will listen.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.
