My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. My child absolutely loves Steven Kellner, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
