I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
Also, one of the nurses tends to be very rude to me. I think she figures because i'm young i must be stupid, and in need of a scolding. She insisted one of my medications had NO risks, even after i told her a friend of mine had a stroke while using it, too. I keep having to go back every couple months because there was part of the basic routine exam that they forgot to do, or didn't have time for. I'm going to look for a better office right away. I'm sick of this.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. McGrinder has an amazing bedside manner so to speak and is willing to sit and listen to your questions and answer them thoroughly. He performed my csection and did a great job!
