Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They were cold and not friendly enough.
