The Doctor is always running late. Sometimes the wait is between 20 minutes to 90 minutes On average I wait for an hour for my appointment. During appointments he takes phone calls.
As as Oct 1, 2012, the office no longer deals with insurance companies. Rather they want the bill paid directly and you collect from the insurance company.

As a doctor he is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home.

Dr.Higgins is amazing. He never rushes with his patients and really cares. How many times have you had a doctor call you at home on a Sunday or a holiday to see how you're doing!! He puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable. If you need to see a specialist, his network of referring physicians are the cream of the crop in NYC. I hope he never retires!!
