the upshot here is the dr is wonderful and beyond current as an integrative practitioner. his staff however are so overwhelmed they are often curt if not surly. teeohoning them is a NIGHTMARE, you either get a busy or the ans service which ens you gotta sit ad redial for an hour if you need to get thru and bother the ans scve with constant redial since they answer on the office busy. it embrassing fristating maddening and im seriously about done. swould never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.
