Dr. Perry Frankel is a scam artist, horrible cardiologist and dishonest person! I worked for his scamming company Advanced Cardiovascular Diagnostics for about 4 month and didn't get payed for over a month of services provided. I'm not the only one, he did that to sooo many people including doctors! I have no doubt that that man and his entire scamming crew will be paying for that activity very soon. Do not check your heart with him at all this events he is buying into. He literally doesn't look and any of the studies or keeps them for his and your records. You are been diagnosed by mostly inexperienced and horribly rushed technologists. He bills your insurance for every little thing he offers and scamming you into, but delivers limited studies to get another poor patient as fast as he can to make as much money as he can. FRAUD ALERT!!!!!
