They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.

They are almost always unavailable. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Usually when someone comes back to the phone from hold, they are rude.They do however answer most of my questions but I could have used more information. I dislike that because I moved out of the country for a bit and came back -I was told I would be considered a new patient and to be able to even schedule an appointment would take weeks upon weeks....extremely disappointing considering how much i refer people to her.
