I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

I brought my 6 years old son with sore throat for examination. Dr Shtern conducted all necessary tests, found the cause - streptococcal angina and prescribed necessary medicine. After the visit, during the next couple of days she followed up personally via phone more then once. That distinguished her from others. My son is well and is attending school. Thank you, Dr Shtern!
