They were kind of friendly, but it felt a little fake and forced to me. I wasn't very comfortable during my appointment. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
