The front office personnel for this provider are terrible. They are rude and not helpful at all in terms of answering questions. Forget about making an appointment as they make you feel as though they are doing you a favor for providing access to their doctors. Their entire front office should be sent for customer service training. You would think that Dr. Samach was the only Gastroenteroligist in New Jersey!

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was so impressed by their office equipment. Everything was state-of-the-art and so sophisticated! The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable.
