I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. We've been to 2 other Pediatricians, and Dr Dorfman is the best. My son (4yrs) absolutely loves Dr. Alla Dorfman. My 18 month old daughter screams the whole time we are there (major fear of the doctor's office) and Alla is so quiet and patient with her.
