The only frustrating part of going to this office was how long it took for them to answer the phone. i was on hold for 20 minutes. This happens every time i call. i usually call on my breaks from work (like most working Moms) it is very frustrating. Once they answer everything is great! There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I have never met a more friendly staff. All of the Dr.'s are friendly. They always get my children in and go out of their way to make my shy kids feel welcome. I never wait too long. The dr never makes me feel rushed or comes in and out quickly. A+++ rating from me!
