Have been a patient here since birth as well as my two older siblings I can tell you we are moving on me and my now 3 year old son. Dr davis had an old prescription of mine that simply needed him to sign off. a woman there called me and treated me like shit because I was 20 and i couldnt come there. I tried to explain that I am literally dying bc I dont have that med now and if she let me talk to the doctor He would be more than happy to deal with it she goes on yelling at me and ends up breaking the HIPPA law by talking about other files etc. She told me if i came in to talk to dr davis she would call security on me so I called her what she was being...a B***h! and she hung up on me I called back in to set up my son an emergency appt with the secretary so I could speak to dr. davis and she said if i said anything about myself shed call security on me when i came in....Dr. Davis is great and knows the struggles I have and would have helped me out because I dont have a PCP yet and he knows this. In the end they just lost mine and my brothers business due to how rude donna is.

We actually see Dr Davis in this office, not Rosenbloom. We first seen Rosenbloom but she tried to force me, a new first time mom, to make a fast and definite decision about breastfeeding when I was already having trouble. It was stressful and upsetting so we started seeing Dr Davis. We absolutely love him, he is a very laid back personable doctor but we are switching because of the terribly rude girls in the office and their stupid appointment policies. My daughter is due for her well baby check up and shots and they are absolutely refusing to get her in any sooner than 4 weeks out. Really? So far I have asked for her shot records THREE times and have not received them once. I call back and the girl has an attitude and is very abrasive telling me she faxed them six times. Doubtful! I would suggest they get new office policies or I can see them losing a lot more patients. It's sad b/c we really do think Dr Davis is great!
