I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Dr. Richards is down to earth and wonderful. Everyone one of my daughters friends go to him and are never disappointed. I wish all Doctors were as professional as him with staff and patients and parents..

Yes, overall happy with Dr Richards and his staff; this is the second time we have had a child get orthodontics at this office. Judy is always more than helpful!
