The staff who works here is extremely nice, I just did NOT like Dr. Pulkrabek and the way he treated me. I have sensitive teeth where when I get them scrapped, it is like nails running down a chalkboard/shivers down my spine feeling, and he would say mocking things to me like "Oh come on, it can't hurt that bad". He went as far as giving me novacaine to numb my teeth and gums so I wouldn't feel it, and that was great, having a giant needle put in your mouth, NOT. He came off as a jerk like it was no big deal how I was feeling even though tears were coming out of my eyes. What a douche!
