Dr. Palma is AWESOME! The staff in his office is polite, helpful, and efficient. They make both my son and me feel like we know what is going on, what to expect, and how things work in their office. My son was treated like royalty, and nobody treated me like a dummy, even though I had a million questions about orthodontics, payment plans (which they offer without question or credit check), and scheduling. I chose this office because of insurance, but I'm glad my money is going to a place like this! (PS - my son and I have different last names now that I am remarried. This office is the only one I have ever been to where the staff, from receptionist to Doc, makes a point to call me "Mrs. Short" when they need something from me. They don't just call my son's name across the waiting room in hopes that the grown-up attached to that child will answer. It was a cool bonus for me :))
