While my daughters orthodontic work did get complete, it was a process of 8 years, start to finish. I had all work paid for before the braces were even placed on her teeth. My daughter had graduated high school before her braces came off. When I confronted the orthodontist about the time frame and not being happy that everything was paid for and nothing was getting done, he informed me that he would have charged me more if he knew it was going to take that long! I have 2 other children that will have to have braces and I am going elsewhere. The location was good and the rest of the staff was very friendly.
