They were way too rough while they were flossing my teeth. My gums bled for days. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure at all, and it was getting hard to breathe. The FInance lady was very agressive, almost forced me to write a check for the full visit when all the work had not been done, I will be calling the board who over see the office, I am very upset, Now the finance officer wants more money for work they have not completed. The dentist has to know how rude she is.

I was in desparate need of a dentist because I broke my front tooth late one night. I was able to get in to Advanced Care to have it looked at and fixed... I was happy that I could smile again! You can't tell that it has a crown being an all porcelain crown. I had everything else looked at also because I had not been to the dentist in a while... I needed my wisdom teeth out and some cavities taken care of. All of the work was efficient and painless. I also really like my hygienist, she is very nice, caring and gentle. I would recommend this office to anyone!
