GREAT DENTIST- 5yr patient now. Dr. Capps gave all options and estimates upfront, other more pricey dentists were trying to sell me a bridge when i was requesting a root canal. Most honest and professional dentist I found in nova after going through four others. Pain management is top notch. They administer topical pain killer before novacaine and wait long enough for them to kick in where others were trigger happy and started drilling before fully effective. Again a TOP PROFESSIONAL and master in his craft. Billing is no sweat you know what you owe before you go in due to the great staff at front desk. Excuse the next shot. After experiencing enough arrogance of this field at other offices I am very happy to have found this dentist. My parents have both become patients of Doctor Capps after their previous Dentist retired. If you have to deal with dental issues you will be hard pressed to find better in NVA.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Yes
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Not really, but I found a spot
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
