They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.
