They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr Brown and his staff are the greatest. All of my dental work has been great. I have not had any problemss at all. I trust his judgement on what dental treatment is needed and what he recomends. I have seen him for 4 years and would not think of going anywhere else.

I've been going to another dentist for 25 years, but this time I decided to get my checkup near where I work. A friend suggested Jeffrey Brown. After looking at my teeth for what couldn't have been more than 2 minutes, he said that all my fillings needed to be replaced and that one of my molars would need a crown. Total out of pocket would have been somewhere around $1,500. I knew something was up, because none of my teeth hurt, and I take great care of them. I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out, all my teeth/fillings are in great condition and none of them needed any work, just a cleaning. This dentist is clearly looking for work in all the wrong places. He also has some kind of vendetta against amalgam fillings... I'm guessing this is why he wanted to replace all of mine, cause the composite fillings don't last anywhere near as long... making repeat business for himself. It's pretty sad that we still have to worry about malpractice like this.
