This is the old BAIT and SWITCH game. You go in for a $29 check up and cleaning, then BOOM, they find expensive things to be done. I had three in my family go there to get a bargain on their special. We all get regular check ups and cleanings, so we are not a family with problem teeth. However they said all of us had these vague problems and NONE of us was able to get the $29 with cleaning. They reviewed the expensive issues on one family member, so we denied the additional procedures. However they tricked the other two by doing the additional procedure FIRST, then asked them to pay. Not being a fighter like me, they paid. I certainly think they are unethical and tricky! I do NOT recommend them at ALL!!!

I was a bit nervous about using an inexpensive group like Castle, but the care I got was extremely proficient and pleasant. The prices were reasonable, the environment excellent and the office staff were very helpful in rescheduling my appointment! The Dentist took a lot of time explaining what he thought would be best for me as a treatment plan, and it was what I , as a Doctor, had expected. No trying to sell extras.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
