One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Dr Cox and Vivian were great with caring for my needs since I am especially nervous about procedures. I would recommend them to everyone. Amy at the front desk is always prepared to help with financial needs. She is great! I LOVE this office.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
