They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Poston has a great sense of humor and makes you feel like you know him which will help you to relax. The hygienists are friendly and informative. I've never had any pain with any procedure.

They pulled my filling out and refused to fill it
The little guy potson,then got an attitude.They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
