Called to make an appointment and received horrible costumer service. The lady had an attitude with me and did not wanted to help me. I decided not to make an appt and go to a different dentist instead

Dr. Brandy may be a wonderful dentist, but I never even got a chance to meet her due to the rude and incredibly unprofessional behavior exhibited by her receptionist.
When I arrived there no one was at the desk, so I waited. Then after a while, using my phone, I asked someone to look up and call the office hoping that would force the receptionist to come to the desk. No such luck. I began knocking on the window, still nothing and finally, I knocked on the door and she showed up...20 minutes after I got to the office.
She immediately told me that I would need to reschedule because I was too late, I explained to her that I'd been waiting and she began arguing with me. It was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL encounter I've EVER experienced at a doctor's office before. NEVER AGAIN...sorry Dr. Brandy.
