At my appointment in June 2013, I scheduled my next visit for Monday, December 21, 2013. When I arrived at the dentist's office on 12/21/2013 they were closed. By calling and listening to the office voicemail I found out that they were apparently closed for the holidays. At no time was I contacted to be informed that the offices would be closed despite the fact that an employee of Dr. Cole scheduled me for a visit that day. I left a voicemail to express my dissatisfaction and to inform them that I would no longer be a patient of theirs. I also specifically stated that my wife had an appointment scheduled for January 20, 2014 and that she would be KEEPING her appointment, after which she would no longer be a patient. My wife arrived at their offices this morning only to find that they had given away her appointment to another patient. She said it was clear that they did not care about the situation and that they even tried to blame me, citing when I said I would no longer be a patient of theirs.

The best professional office in Mansfield!!

Not only is Dr. Cole's work the best, his office staff know how to take CARE of their patients. They are warm and friendly and make it a joy to go to the dentist!
