They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The office manager was rude beyond words. She initially refused to verify my ins. w/group id, only wanted husband's social, which I didn't have. Her answer was for me to drive another 40 miles round trip, coming back in the afternoon with the social. All because she preferred to use the ss#, not an id. # which required a phone call. She made me feel like an idiot and a criminal for not having my husband's ss#. She berated me, chastized me and kept interrupting me, all in front of other patients. I have never been treated so horribly.
