I am sorry to be writing this bad review but my experience was not a good one. I would not recommend him. I did not have to wait long to be taken back and worked on, but thats because no one else was in the office.. I think thats bad sign no.1 that no one else goes there. The receptionist was very nice but not knowledgable with insurance information. All of their office/ dental equipment are very outdated, Dr. Compton was not very happy and remained very serious throughout the entire visit. I received a statement from my insurance about 4-6 weeks after my visit telling me the rundown on the bill and stating that I did not owe anything because this dentist was in-network. 2 months after that, I received a hand written bill from this dentist that I can't even read telling me that I owe them money. I have called and confirmed with my insurance that I owe them nothing. It is now a hassle that I am having to fix. He also sent a letter with his hand written bill that states that He is a dentist and not an Insurance rep and that its my responsibility to know what is paid and what is owed. ok, I do know what is owed ($0.00), you clearly don't. I only write this because I went to him because he had good reviews. I don't believe he should have 5 stars next to his name.
