Dr. Longer's staff agreed upon a payment schedule and a week prior to every scheduled payment date the receptionist Diane would call and Remind of the payment when I was well aware that it was due. She made me feel like I was being interrogated by the FBI. Very unprofessional and ignorant. I visited the office 7 times so I'm giving a review that isn't based on one visit. I would rather my teeth rot out of my mouth before I go and deal with Diane and get a severe harassment. I never missed a payment or was late.
