I never once felt the office staff was uncaring. They were always professional and did a superb job even though it is a busy office. My daughter woke up laughing. According to the staff, I was told anesthesia can have that effect upon waking; either laughing or tears and generally doesn't last long.

My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed. The office staff was rough, lacking in compassion, and gave very little consideration to the fears of a teenager having this procedure. She sat in the chair terrified and in tears - and not a single member of the staff offered her comfort. She woke up terrified and in pain - and not a single member of the staff offered her comfort. When they allowed me into recovery with her, she had terror in her eyes and it took several minutes to get her calm. My daughter was traumatized by the lack of human care and compassion provided by this office and I would highly recommend finding another office for your oral surgery needs.
