Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
They go above and beyond. Keep up the great work.
