They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very uneasy about visiting the Dentist. They were very gentle caring and helped me through the appointment without any problems. This is the only Dentist I will ever visit. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The dentist was great, staff was so so, which is a factor overall
