Dr. Parker originally came highly recommended to me. My daughter and I have had nothing but positive experiences over the last 2 years. The staff is wonderful, easy to work with, and very sweet. Dr. Parker is awesome, and always has a smile on his face. My daughter had a more complicated situation where she had a cross bite that potentially could have really damage her teeth permantently, along with a narrow mouth, so even though the drive is a little further, I am so happy that Dr. Parker is the one handling her complicated situation. Her braces come off in 6 months, and neither of us could be happier with the overall experience and results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Parker for 10 years. During this time, I have felt nothing but ignored and unwelcomed in his office. I would not recommend him to anyone.

While some patients were treated to amiable conversation, I was given nothing more than the bare minimum of patronizing inquiries by Dr.Parker and his staff. There was obvious preferential treatment of patients whose parents were present in the back.

At every appointment I was kept waiting to see Dr. Parker at least twenty minutes past my appointment time. I would be skipped over as he treated patients who had been there for much shorter of a wait. At my most recent appointment (which was simply a retainer check), I sat in the examining chair for 45 minutes. Dr. Parker saw me for maybe four minutes and did not even acknowledge me with a hello.

Dr. Parker's instructions for my teeth were often cursory and unclear. In comparison to the orthodontia of my friends, the braces and retainers I was given seemed old and bulky.

I've had an absolutely terrible experience as a patient of Dr. Parker and I would eagerly do it over at a different orthodontist if I was able to.
