Dr. Baumgardner made dentures for my mother a number of years ago. They have NEVER fit her correctly, they look terrible and they gag her. She carries a case wherever we go so that she can take them out as soon as she gets in the car. She has very little money but continued to make payments even though he couldn't correct the problem. I think he is a terrible dentist.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Only dentist that I will see around Summit County.
