They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.

If you are afraid of the dentists, Dr Winland is not for you. He has very little patience when it comes to those people who have anxiety issues. I also found him to be extremely rough when removing a tooth. His assistant is also very unfriendly.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
