I went there for a orthodontic consultation for my child. I felt the provider was more interested in asking questions about my husband's and my careers and how much money we made rather than looking at my child's teeth. The payment plan she provided required half of the cost up front, even after the insurance company's contribution. Other providers only required 25% up front and spread the payments out over a year. We chose another provider and were very happy.
