Awful place. We have been with this office for several years. My 7 year old son had a severe toothache. I called and left 3 messages on their emergency line. They never called back. I called an oral surgeon whom we have never seen before but were referred to. They called back within 20 minutes. The oral surgeon was concerned about an infection and called in an antibiotic and told me to call Oceanside Family Dental the next day. We called and they refused to see my son! A few months back he had a bad reaction to the laughing gas they gave him so they didn't want a repeat! Are you kidding me? What about the safety and wellness of the child? What if there was indeed an infection? I called back and had an argument with them, the dentist, Dr. Rosenfeld wouldn't even get on the phone with me! Very unprofessional! I took him to another dentist who said to get him to his office asap. He did have an infection! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! They do NOT care about their patients. All they care about is making money!
