They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
